4m Pod House

The 4m Pod House is our entry-level tiny home, designed to be compact yet remarkably well-equipped. It features a fold-out bed, built-in wardrobe and shelving, along with a fully fitted bathroom that includes a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. Curtains and blinds come pre-installed for added privacy and comfort.

The unit is pre-plumbed with hot and cold water inlets, as well as black- and grey-water outlets, making it ready for easy connection on site. An integrated bathroom exhaust fan helps maintain fresh air and ventilation throughout.

It’s ideal as a backyard office, studio, a quiet retreat on rural land, or guest quarters that don’t crowd the main house. At 1,760 kg it lands as one finished unit — no on-site build, no mess.

It travels by tilt-tray or Hi-abb truck, quoted separately to your suburb or town, with transport priced against the current fuel levy and diesel rate at time of order.

The pod arrives wired but not connected — a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before you use it. Air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment in full is required before delivery (direct deposit preferred). Quotes are valid for 7 days or until sold.

Do I need a permit to put a pod in my backyard in Sydney?
If you’re living in it or connecting services, council/building approval usually applies and varies by region and zoning. Check with your local council first. Betta Storage supplies the pod; approvals are the owner’s responsibility.

What’s the difference between the Pod House and the 4m Accommodation Unit?

Can I hire a pod instead of buying?
